About me
I am Pablo Ulloa, a 24-year-old Costa Rican passionate about serving Christ through camp ministry. I am a member of Iglesia Plenitud and a Systems Engineer by profession. For the past seven years, I have been involved in the operational and program areas of Campamento Roblealto in Costa Rica and HoneyRock in Wisconsin, contributing to leadership development and life-changing experiences for children, youth, and young adults. These years of hands-on service have shaped my calling to invest my skills, energy, and heart into ministry that impacts lives for the Kingdom.
The Project
God has opened the door for me to join the M.A. in Outdoor and Adventure Leadership at Wheaton College’s HoneyRock Center for Leadership Development—a program that forms Christ-centered leaders to serve in ministries impacting youth and young adults through camps, schools, and churches.
For the next two years, I will live and serve at Camp HoneyRock in the beautiful woods of Wisconsin. My role as a graduate student will focus on the operational coordination of programs, combining the theory of leadership and ministry with the practice of hands-on service.
This is more than an academic program—it is my missionary calling. During these two years, my mission is to make disciples, share the Gospel, and awaken a spiritually sleeping church. Through courses in Christian theology, spiritual formation, organizational leadership, and program planning, I will be equipped to lead outdoor and adventure-based ministries that transform lives and expand God’s Kingdom.
--------------
If you know me, you already know my heart for serving through camp ministry—the countless hours I’ve dedicated to preparing, discipling, and teaching so that others can encounter Christ. Your support is an investment in a mission you’ve seen me live out for years.
If you don’t know me yet, I invite you to join this journey of faith. By giving, you are not simply helping one person—you are equipping a missionary to make disciples, share the Gospel, and awaken a church that longs to be alive again.
Together, we can prepare spaces where children, youth, and leaders are transformed by the power of Jesus.
Will you partner with me in this mission?
